Keeping on schedule this week by starting our new thread on Sunday.

Haha. I got confused. I was like "Wait, new thread?"
As documented 5,000+ times, I have a silly brain. I'm so sad to see Sherry leave, and I hope Gerri and I can do the board justice. Speaking of sad things, Taylor and RENT are both leaving Broadway today. WAHHHHHHHH!

Good morning.
So Grease is all over. I wonder how his last night went. After the cowbell on Saturday night, I expect something else goofy happened last night. Hopefully we'll get a little hicksfix. And there should be pics from the wire services - if they covered the original leads' last night, they'll cover Taylor's for sure. It's back to work for me today. I do love having my weekends off (well for now - I know it won't last forever) but it makes the workweek seem really long. There was something nice about never working more than 3 days in a row without a day off. Have a great start to the week everyone. |

The finale of High School Musical: Get In The Picture was tonight. It was a rather dumb show, but I couldn't help but watch. Stan won, which was my last choice, but whatever. Only a month and a half until the movie comes out!!

Good morning.
Is HSM3 a theatrical release? I'm exhausted. And it's only Tuesday. Last night I ended up lying on the couch mindlessly watching tv - which is something I rarely do - because I just didn't have the energy to do anything else. |

Is HSM3 a theatrical release? It is. October 24th. Yay! ^^ Speaking of things in theaters, I've probably already mentioned this, but they filmed the last performance of RENT and it's going to be shown in theaters September 25, 26, 28, and 29. I'm too too excited.

That's pretty quick, when the final performance was only 2 days ago.
I have some new and watermark free pics from Sunday night's Grease performance that I'm about to put into the thread. Then it's off to work for me. |

I know, it only leaves like, two weeks for editing and distribution. I would like to know how they're going to pull it off in such a quick time frame.

Ohhh-new pics from Grease-that would be great! I was on here on Saturday hoping against hope that somebody had been able to go to Tay's last show-have we
heard/read any reports?!?
I was sort of confused from that article that was in OK magazine (or whatever it was) where he stated that AFTER Grease ended he was going to record his CD, and it would be out maybe early in the new year. Wasn't he going to be recording WHILE he was doing Grease??? Also, one last question-what happened to the beautiful blonde he was cavorting in the surf with last year after Idol? In this same article, he said he was looking for love, or something ot that effect... I'm so out of the loop, and I NEED y'all to keep me connected-lol! Have a good day everybody! |

He was originally supposed to be recording while in New York, but that didn't happen. He's said that when he works on something, he wants to give it
his complete attention, and he couldn't do that while doing Grease as well, so he put off recording. The plan is that he's going to take a short
vacation, then get to work on the CD.
As for Caroline, they split up early this year. There have been a few spottings of Taylor with women in New York, but nothing too serious as far as I know. |

Good morning.
It's chilly and drizzly and I'm very cozy curled up in my big warm comforter. I'd like to stay here all day. Stupid job. 
I had to go out on a search for OK! yesterday, but I was able to find one. The magazines came in so late yesterday that the magazine lady had already left for the day. I had to go digging through the piles myself, and then still was unable to find our copies. So I ended up just deciding to stop at the mall on my way home and pick it up there - I could have waited until today, but I was anxious to have that gorgeous guy in my hands. |

Just dropping by to let all of you know about Bev.
Her husband was taken yesterday to the hospital with internal bleeding. They have now taken him off life support and expect him to pass very soon. Please say a prayer for Bev and her family. This is a terrible tragedy.

Sherry, thank you for letting everyone know.
Jim passed away at 2:30 this morning. It is difficult to put my thoughts together right now. My main concern is the kids especially James because boys want to hold things in. Thank you for all the support you have always provided.

Good afternoon. Yuku was down for maintenance this morning, so I guess this becomes my "morning" post.

All you can do for James is to make sure he knows you're there for him, when he needs you. He will, in time, figure out for himself the best way for him to grieve. And remember that just because he may not be talking to you about it doesn't mean he's not at all. I was 30 and still didn't really talk to my mom about it at the time (and we're quite close). I was too concerned about how she was doing, and so it was easier for me to turn to my friends for the shoulders I needed at the time. It was only as time passed that we discussed things - and even then it has always been in small doses. |
